Minister of Labour Refers ILWU & BCMEA Collective Bargaining to CIRB
Posted: January 20, 2011 in UncategorizedMinister of Labour, Lisa Raitt has officially referred the current round of collective bargaining between ILWU and the BCMEA to the Canadian Industrial Relations Board. The CIRB has been given the task of determining whether either party has been bargaining in bad faith, or been unreasonable in their effort to enter into an agreement.
